How To Register

STEP 1
Fill in the form below with the required information. Please ensure you provide the correct PayPal email address, as it is needed to link your registration information with your payment.

STEP 2
Click “CLICK HERE TO REGISTER” to submit your registration.

STEP 3
After you click “CLICK HERE TO REGISTER”, you will receive a confirmation message confirming that your registration has been submitted successfully. The message will also contain a link to the AARG2026 Annual Meeting Payment, where you can calculate your fees and review your registration choices.

If you selected immediate payment in the registration form, use the payment page and click “Checkout with PayPal” to complete your payment.

If you selected delayed payment:

  • to pay later via PayPal, please save the payment page link so you can return and complete your payment at a later time
  • to pay by direct bank transfer, please contact @ AARG Treasurer to confirm the payment details before making any payment. All direct payments must be made in GBP.

STEP 4
Complete your payment according to the option you selected.

STEP 5
Check your email for your registration confirmation.

Note: If you do not receive the confirmation message within a short time of registering, please check your Spam or Junk folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, make sure you mark the confirmation as Not Spam, which should allow future messages to get through to you.

If you are paying for multiple attendees please list them (yourself included) above and indicate which activities are all of you going to attend.
